Nakared rice ako mommy, pero try brown rice. More on fiber dapat foods natin, also snacks ko usually skyflakes, for fruits sabi ni dietician ko berries, orange and apple. Pwede naman lahat kaya lang may certain amount lang pero ako I stick to what I've mention. Also opt for low glycemic index na foods.

Thank you po. Naka’monitor po glucose ko pero mababa naman like hindi sya tumataas ng bongga. Conscious tuloy ako nung 1st day halos mahilo ako kasi limit lahat ng food kahit gutom pa. Limit ko nalang rice tas sky flakes na din.
