Hi just to share, my firstborn girl also fell many times on her face. 🤦🏻♀️ She’ll cut her lips from the inside and there’ll be so much blood that I thought her teeth dropped! Haha but I will just press on it to stop the bleeding and let it be. I don’t apply any cream whatsoever cause it’ll heal by itself Ina few days. I’m not sure what kind of creams you can get to apply but can try at pharmacies? My nephew played with a wooden skateboard and accidentally hit his inner lower jaw and had a huge cut and bleeding profusely. I quickly took cotton pads and pressed on it then his mother took him to the doctor and they gave him some gel to apply.
