Sugar Monitoring / 7 months

Momies, ano gnagawa nyo para hndi tumaas sugar niyo bukod sa diet and iwas sweets??? Monitoring pa ako ng sugar eh. As much as possible ayoko talaga mag insulin😰 #AskingAsAMom #Needadvice #firsttimemom

As per my endo, sa snacks better kung plant based.. nilagang mais, saba, mani. Apple at pears lang daw sa fruits pwede.. sa meals dont skip rice kasi need ntn ng carbs for energy and fiber. Kung kaya half rice mas ok basta di lalagpas ng 1cup. Sa ulam skip mo yung may sauce na matatamis kasi mataas sugar. Better kung yung may sabaw. And more gulay din. 31wks preggy here. Unfortunately need ko na mag insulin kasi di na controlled ang sugar ko. On strict diet and monitoring ako ng sugar for 1 week.

Magbasa pa

pano kapag breakfast or meryenda brown rice pa rin naman and veggies, Lunch halfrice nd Dinner half rice pano kapag bf at meryenda, kasi nakakagutom talaga tho hndi naman kanin kinakain ko. perp ano pwede alternative 7 months na kasi ako going 8mos

Magbasa pa

Control diet mhie. Tapos monitor sugar 3x a day. May meal plan ako. 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein, 1/2 vegetable.

nakuha thru diet ung asawa ng kawork ko. brown rice at veggies ang pagkain nia while pregnant.
