Prunes👍🏻. Ask your OB also if you could take a probiotic supplement. Better in capsule form. Yakult kasi is maraming sugar

Cranberry juice po tapos wheat bread .effective sakin 🙂. More on water and veggies din po

Try eating high fiber foods. Oatmeal and Yakult is also good. More water intake.

Papaya po yung hinog. More veggie. And yakult
