hassle. we chose to avail vaccine from the health center. sometimes its not available. we are not notified ahead of time. youll just find out that day. it is so difficult to make a leave of absence at work. though inspite of this we have to push through. nothing in life is easy. its just frustrating that why does LGUs have to make things hard though the things we avail are from our taxes.
