taking flight during pregnancy
Hello all, mind sharing what to note when taking a 6 hour flight + a short one hour domestic flight? I was told to drink more water, try to stretch more, choose seats along the aisle. Any other things to note? Thank you. :)
Try to carry some small healthy nibbles along. Airplane food can contain high sodium. and carry a nice pillow for your back and neck as well.
Hydrate yourself. Walk more on the flight. Wear compression socks Do simple leg exercises to keep the blood flow going.Read more
