Hi 7.5 months can have 1 snack and 1 meal . U can start trying out purees which u can prepare your own . Maybe for a start can try boiling some carrots and blend it . Or u can mashed some avocados and banana . Or can try toast with peanut butter . Pancakes with strawberries
my baby drinks 3 hourly. so I remove 1 milk session for lunch session. and 1.5 hour before milk around evening time some snacks.
