The best advice my mother gave to me as a first-time pregnant daughter is to prioritize my well-being and listen to my body. She constantly reminds me to take care of myself through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and sufficient rest. She encourages me to trust my instincts and never hesitate to seek support and guidance from healthcare professionals. Most importantly, to embrace the journey with an open heart, be patient with myself, and cherish each precious moment as I bring a new life into the world. I’m very grateful to be reminded every single day that I am strong, capable, and filled with love. To all mommies, let’s celebrate this beautiful journey together!

the best advice my mum gave is for me to always trust myself and know that i am good enough despite what others say. never let anyone put me down and always believe in myself. - this kept me going and fought many battles, ranging from studies to marriage to motherhood. my own piece of advice is that everything will come to past. even the toughest of days will be gone in 24 hours. one day, our children will no longer be this small. the tiredness will get better with time. regardless of how each day turns out, always give yourself a pat on the back at the end of the day because you’ve already done all you can. don’t be too hard on yourself and always love yourself.

As Mom,madali akong natutunan hindi lang bilang Nanay kundi maging isang Responsableng asawa sa pamilya.Sbi noon ni Nanay kahit gaano tayo kabusy sa pag.aalaga sa ating anak wag kalimutan asiksuhin ang asawa at kapakanan ng buong pamilya.Ako bilang isang Nanay kahit busy at my konting negosyo sinisigurdo ko na my ulam at kumpleto ang essentials sa bahay.Pagdating naman sa gabi couple time kami mag.asawa nandyan my one on one kami sa inom atleast napag.uusapan namin ang plano at mga balak pa namin sa future.Kaya kung may konti mang Hindi pag.kakaunawaan napaguusapan namin ng mas maaga para mas lalong lumalim ang aming pagsasama☺️@marelle claveria

I wont say it's just one thing my mother told me. It’s actually all the collective and cumulative amount of knowledge over many years. She has given me everything I need to be a successful person, and I love her so much for it. The advice that does stick out is.. Everyone wants to be liked, so find what do you like about them and show them what that means to you.. This has allowed me to find the best in people. And with that we can compliment them about something they might not even notice!

The best advice that i learned in relationship is when you feel angry, sad or frustated by your loved ones, always know that love is bigger then anything else. If you lose the meaning of love, then you will lose everything. So i will always choose love over than my frustation, and it help in building good relationship. Thanks mom for telling me this. My nanay's always advise to me is to always protect and take care of my health and my baby. Always prioritize being humble to myself, as it is one of the key to love yourself and the baby.
