Breastfeeding

My milk supply is always stagnant. Every pump for both side is 120ml. Any ways to increase? I have been eating lots of oats cookie and Milo.

Your milk supply is probably regulated..try power pumping. My pumping output has also been between 120-140ml since baby was 5or 6mo.. she's now 8mo. If the amount is sufficient for baby's feed i wouldn't worry too much

Thanks. Today is my first day on power pump. Hopefully I can see the effect soon.

U have to pump more frequently The more u pump The more supply Drink more fluids Soup, eat more fish etc

Oats and Milo works for me! How much do you take daily? I take them twice each daily so 4!
