Nag LLBM ako and I just let it be, no meds. I just drink alot of water to stay hydrated. Nsa 2nd trimester palang nman ako so I'm not really worried about contractions sa ngaun. hehe. parang tulong nadin sya kasi nga lagi ako constipated. 😁😁
