If I'm not mistaken, MAT1 should be filed 60 days prior ng due date mo, that is if you are employed. You need to visit SSS and bring with you your ultrasound result. If you're voluntarily paying, filing of MAT1 can be done online, wala na pong requirements yon.
I think pwede naman po kasi dati nung nagfile ako ng Mat1 ang sabi sa akin ng employee ng SSS pwede daw ako magfile kapag malaki na tiyan ko para daw sure na buntis ako... Tapos titingnan din kung qualify ka.
