If the mother did not have any problem while pregnant and after delivery, a year after giving birth pwede na kung gugustuhin. But normally, we advice them na atleast 2 years para fully recovered na and nakaadjust na.

Oo satingin ko ok nman na ung tahi ko. Feeling ko kc buntis ako ngaun. Nagaalala lang ako baka delikado.
