mga momshies pag umiinom po ba ng Obimin Plus need pa uminom ng Folic or Ferrus ??
Obimin plus @10weeks ok lang po kaya . Wala kasi kami makita na resta smen ng ob ko na folic acid with dha . Sabi ng mercury ibang brand lang daw which is yung obimin plus po . Ok lang po kaya yun salamat po
Folic acid mommy first trimester and ang Ferrous mommy second trimester saakin. Yan po ang saakin bali may tatlong vitamins po akong ini inom. mag 3rd trimester nako baka magpalit nmn ako ng iba.
If lagpas ka na 12 weeks pwede mo na e stop pag inom ng folic acid. Obimin nalang inumin mo at ferrus if mababa dugo mo. As advised by my OB.

Yes po. Don't skip your folic, it's very important for your baby's development.
It's vital on the first trimester. But I think you're okay as long as you are eating healthy and taking up your vitamins. Stay healthy and don't worry too much.
