try to lessen pork..more on fish, chicken, veggies and lots of fruits. my normal when i was not preggy was 110/70 but when i got pregnant, became 120/70. My OB told me i have to maintain 110/70, so i lessen eating pork and it did actually help as well as controlling my weight gain. i'm now back to 110/70.
