Better to start taking short walks. Good yan for you and your baby. You can also do pre natal yoga. It's good for strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. Strong pelvic muscles help in normal delivery and less risks ng prolapse postpartum. Prenatal yoga can also help alleviate back pain especially pag masmalaki na si baby. They're very light stretches lang naman, super friendly for beginners and preggies ☺️ Don't forget to do Kegels exercise din. Just Google na lang how to do it, do it as often as you can throughout the day, kahit habang nanonood ka ng tv.

baka po mag karoon ka ng manas pag lage po kayo nakahiga .mahihirapan ka manganak...try NYO po gumawa ng gawaing bahay tas 30mins walking sa umga at hapon..

kahit sa bahay ka lang momsh maglakad lakad ka po. ako po ginagawa ko nagwawalis walis sa bahay iyun nalang pinaka exercise ko. takot po kasi akong lumabas.

If you're aiming for normal delivery, start ka na mag lakad2 momshiee. It's for your own sake and kay baby.
