hello, kung kaya na ng tyan mo pede core exercises muna. tas cardio ka muna mga treadmill, jogging. tas pag medyo nasasanay na pede ja na magdagdag exercise. basta listen to your body. pag sumakit tahi tigil mo muna.

yes momma pede zumba zumba muna or cardio cardio tas saka kayo try mag core. 😀
