I sleep on my left po, that's what doctors advise. But lately, hirap na din kahit naka-left side kasi I'm 36 weeks preggy na, so ginagawa ko is, I use three pillows on my back tapos I try to sleep na mejo nakaupo. Pahirapan talaga.
Ang advice po ng ob ko. Tulog na naka left side para may oxygen si baby.
