Hi mga momsh..ask lang po first time ko uminom  ng althea pills,and pang 5 days ko na sa aking mens, pano ko iinumin yun magstart ba ko dun sa no.1 tablet or skip ko na yun then jump to 5th tablet?Sorry..and pls respect my post,wala clinic di ako makapag ask sa ob ko.

Per my husband who happened to work with pharma company na nagpoproduce nyan, pwede ka na daw take. Start ka sa no. 1. Pagnaubos unb 21 tablets, wala ka daw iinumin na kahit ano for 7 days.
