Yes you can. But not to suppress feeding. You can use it minimal time like before going to sleep (yung antok na) or kapag nag hiccups(sinok) to relax the diaphragm. Sucking even if not hungry is a normal reflex for newborns. :) Just make sure you've already fed them the right amount
