hi mga momsh! totoo po bang bawal mag panty liner ang mga buntis? ever since kasi nabuntis ako nagpapanty liner ako 2-3x a day

Not totally bawal but hindi sya sobrang nirerecommend. Prone kasi sa uti ang buntis. If you opt to use pantyliner just make sure to change it regularly. 😊
