PRE-ECLAMPSIA

Hi mga momsh! ?? sino po ang may ganito at paano niyo po kinaya??, kasi ang hirap mga momsh halos everyday nalng ako nahihilo, ngalay, at etc.. Kahit may maintenance na ako na gamot reseta nag DR. Tapos im just on my 13 weeks of pregnancy lang po. Haayyy pls naman paki advice kung paano niyo po kinaya. Salamat sa maka sagot..??..

Wag nyo pong ibitin yung paa nyo kapag umuupo ako..always put your feet on the ground for better circulation of water and blood through your body..and don't eat foods that can trigger your condition especially dried fish..and if you're already 5 months pregnant always walk para hindi po lumubo yung paa nyo that can also cause pre-eclampsia
