hi mga momsh sino dito naka experience ng gestational diabetes? Cs po ba talaga pag mangaganak na and normal lang po ba ang baby nyo?

Nagka gestational diabetes ako pero normal ako nanganak. Diet lng kelangan and iwas sa mga sweets

My ob advised me to see an endo to check kng need ko ng insulin but wasn't able to pero idinaan ko na lng sa diet. Like no sweets and less rice ako. No sodas or iced tea. Water lng talaga.
