If nasa first trimester ka it's totally fine... pero if 14 weeks up to 22 weeks avoid nyo muna pain killers kasi nag dedevelop ang placenta, medyo sensitive stage kasi... if kayang itolerate try gargle ng warm water with salt.. eat ice cream, or put chopped piece of garlic sa affected area.. if ung ngipin mo sa pagsakit nag cacause ng headache, try to put cold pack sa forehead mo.. and sleep.. Ang payo kc sakin ng OB ko iwasan ang paracetamol hangga't kaya kahit na safe pa ito sa buntis.. Godbless
