Mga momsh, matanong ko lang need pa ba ng Certificate of separation, certificate of Non-cash advancement of maternity benefit at SSS form L-501, kahit po ang expected delivery ko ay May 2021 tpos nag-resign po ako ng march 2020? #pregnancy #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #sssmaternity

yes need po siya.. though d pako nanganganak, pnaprepare po sakin mga documents na yan ng kakilala ko po..
