nako ganyan din iniisip ko nung before ako manganak sa baby ko..pru talagang isipin mo lng nakaya mo kasi one thing din yung positive attitude para macondition ni brain yung katawan mo for delivery,hanap ka rin po ng mga exercise for pregnant na will help you na hnd ka mahirapan manganak kahit malaki c baby,or baka may marecommend ob mo na exercises...and lastly wag maxado muna sa sweets and softdrinks kc nakakalaki lalo sa baby..
