It's normal for babies to have thin hair. I will grow thick eventually. I know because my LO experience hair fall too. His hair now is getting thicker and thicker as he grows up.

First born ko po 2 years old makapal na ang hair at maganda na po ipitan. Hindi po ako gumamit ng kung anong pampakapal since baby pa po siya at sensitive. I wait lang po 😉
depende po sa baby. pero don't worry po, kakapal iyan by 6 months and above. ❤️
