working preggy at 32 weeks

hello mga momsh.. im 32 weeks pregnant.. working at call center night shift.. hindi po ako high risk..kelan po kaya ako pwede magfile ng maternity leave? Due date ko po is Feb.12. Thank you.

Depende po sa iaadvise ng OB nyo and policy ng HR nyo. Sa company namin kasi inaadvise nila na 2 weeks before EDD yung start ng maternity leave. If willing to work pa after 2 weeks, need na nila ng medical certificate from OB na fit to work pa.
