Hi mga momsh! Im 13 weeks pregnant po. First time mom here. Simula po 1st month ng pregnancy ko eh folic acid lang po pinapainom ng ob ko hanggang ngayon, normal lang po ba yun na wala pa din sya binibigay na vitamins or any other meds? Thank you po. ?

hi po... 13 weeks din po aq and 1st time mom.. last check up ko po pinaubos lng po skin un folic acid and niresetahan na po aq ng ferrous and calcium
