Delikado ba?

Mga momsh, earlier today nung nag cr ako kasi I felt like I have to pee. There's some sort of a black discharge na lumabas sa anus ko and it's not poop. It looked like a discharge and afterwards parang nanakit yung tummy ko at yung lower back ko. What should I do? #firstbaby #advicepls
