Hi mommy, don't feel bad kung hindi pa din nawawala yung weight na nagain mo during pregnancy. It will take time. Sabi ng OB ko bawal magdiet ang BF mommies. Siguro eat healthy foods na lang, bawas rice na lang, more on gulay and masasabaw na food para na rin sa milk production and drink lots of water. Kainggit ka nga nakakapagbreast feed ka, ako kasi hindi. Flat yung nipples ko kaya hindi makuha ni baby. Lalo na nasanay sya sa nipple ng bote. Wala na kong nagawa. Anyway, don't feel bad about your weight. You are still beautiful mommy, regardless of how you look ❤

Thank you mommy. Over production nga ko ng milk kya i feel so blessed. Sinabe ko din sa asawa ko yung feeling ko he told me na it's very much ok and that he is so amazed na kaya kong karirin yung pagiging full time breastfeeding mom, and that makes him love me more. ganyan din ako momsh. 4 mos na LO ko and pure breastfed pero no weight loss pa ako. ung 25 ko nganf waist line nung dalaga ako, 32 na ngayon. sabi nga nila nakakakpayat magpadede. pero gutumin talaga ang nagpapadede. minsan kumakain ako 4-5 meals a day. kung hindi, bread lang basta ung mafifeel ko ung kabusugan. lakas kasi magdede ni baby e. pero ang hirap din magdiet while breastfeeding kasi baka mabawasan din ang nutrients na mapprovide natin kay baby. pero check mo po sa youtube. may mga video dun na workout ideas for breastfeeding moms.
