Hi mga momsh! ask ko lang po kung anong dabest na contraceptive. I'm 7months pregnant and plan ko mag breastfeed talaga.

Depende po sa inyo kung anong hiyang nyo. Pwede po pills kung kaya nyo itake everyday. Or injectables para every three months nalang.
