hi mga momsh! ano po ba ok na alternative sa rice and bread?? 22 weeks preggy here and sabe ng ob ko mejo malaki dw ang tyan ko for 22 weeks, according to ultrasound malaki dn ng 1week si baby compare sa age nya... dpt po ba yun ika worry?? bsta sbe lng ni ob stop muna milk and less carbs ...
