Try mo mag squat mamsh every morning at b4 mag sleep.. Ako 39 weeks pero mataas pa din daw eh ginagawa ko din naman kahat laki nag lakad

Mga ilang squats po ba?? First baby daw po kase kaya matagal daw po talaga lumabas. Madaming nag sasabi nag oover due po pag panganay
