Little red spotting after pooping!!😰

Hi mga moms👋my same situation ko ba dito na hirap at matigas ang dumi? at pag poop ko nag karoon ako ng red spot pero onti lang at nawala din agad. I got nervous when I saw a little blood after poop when I wipe my private area then I called my Dr. Immediately what's going on. She said it's okay because I'm constipated this morning, she add also if there's more bleeding that's the time I should go to the hospital.
