If dika po mahilig sa Milk, eat Dark green leafy veggies: kahit talbos ng kamote, talbos ng ampalaya, saluyot or malunggay, that's the best source or Calcium than Milk, also Milk was already processed & commercialized food. FOr me 1 glass milk lang ako a day, kasi mataas sa sugar ang powdered milks, but malakas ako sa green leafy veggies😊
