Not true po, its the other way around. Better na magpasuso lalo pag ganyanb(kung simpleng ubo/sipon). kasi nagccreate ng antibodies yung katawan mo against sa sakit na meron ka, at naipapasa yun kay baby thru breastmilk. Basta magwear ka alng ngask, proper hand hygiene and disinfection lang everytime na karge si baby mo. Godbless po.
not true lalo if simple cough and colds naman. its usually advised pa nga to continue breastfeeding para mapasa kay baby ang antibodies. thouhh mataas ang possibility na mahawa si baby dahil very close contact. if sick, always wash hands and wear mask during feeding
