I have a question

Mga mommy, I'm in my 21st week of pregnancy and I'm really busy in school as well since I'm taking up computer engineering I'm always programming and doing some computer stuff. I don't really get it but I started feeling really nauseous na parang hindi ko na alam then I'm vomming up everything na kinakain ko. What's happening to me?
