i had contraction din at my 1st tri. threatened abortion daw, as per OB. my symptom was like mild menstrual cramp. i was advised on bed rest and pampakapit. after im clear from the contraction and mild cramps, ok na raw bumalik sa work. 2 yo na si baby ngaun. just follow your OB and always discuss with her kapag may concerns.
