Oatmeal, fruits, mixed roasted nuts, yoghurt, roasted almonds/dark chocolated coated almonds yan po lagi kasi yan ang laging nasa pantry ng office namin eh, pag may okasyon may pa pizza sila nakakakain din 😅😅😅
Ung usual foods lang nmin more on fish veggies, chicken, minsan baboy and beef din pero minsan lang iwas constipation. Dagdag din ng fruits.
