Yogurt. Since madami iniinom antibiotics for uti need ng probiotics ng katawan naten. Rich in probiotics ang yogurt it helps to ease uti 😊. Plain yogurt lagi ko kinakain mainam sa baby good for bacterial infections pa.
Plenty of water, buko and cranberry juice also helps. Avoid processed and salty foods. But it's best na matingnan pa rin ng OB para mabigyan ka ng antibiotic kung mataas na ang pus cell count mo mommy.
More water, cranberry, buko, tas iwas sa maaalat mostly noodles like pancit canton, nung nag stop ako kumain non mababa na pus cells ko unlike before.
Inform your OB.. Para mabigyan ng antibiotics kung kailangan.. Try to drink plenty of water..try niyo din po magbuko juice or cranberry juice😊

Buko juice and water lang po. Nggamot naman kasi ang UTI bsta simula plang maagapan na.
Natural way.. Buko juice.. Pwede din naman po water therapy na lang kayo. 😉
