Mga mommies any tips po kung pano maging normal ang delivery? 6 months preggy po ako ang medyo nagwoworry. Ano pong mga dapat at hindi dapat kong gawin? Ayoko pa kasi macs since may pandemic ngayon at sa dami ng gastos.

Pg 7 months na mommy start na po kayo exercise, like walking tapos pag safe na c baby or around 37weeks doble exercise na po kayo esp.squatting.. and mgdiet din po kayo like wag mxado mraming carbs, more on fruits and beggies tapos mommy kausapin mo plagi c baby na mgcooperate pg ngllabor na kayo naririnig na kasi nila tayo and of course always PRAY ky Lord, with God nothing is impossible.
