May prenatal vitamins kana po ba? Like iron and folic? Drink your maternal milk always. Eat foods rich in iron like green-leafy vegetables, karne at isda and fruits rich in vitamin C. Have a good sleep at night 8hrs and take a nap kapag tanghali. Hydrate yourself.

Pacheck up ka po, maybe you need additional dosage of iron or ferrus
Ferrous ka tsaka gawin mong tubig yung pinakulong talbos ng kamote.
Pacheck up k muna mommy para matsitahan k ng mga vitamins
mag vitamins po kau lalo ferrous and folic acid
