mga mommies, sabi sa lying in , mag diet daw po ako.. Paano po ba mag diet ang buntis?ano ano po usually dapat kainin pag sinabing diet?

Bawasan ang rice. Wag mag soft drinks, chocolate. Oatmeal ka lng every morning, 1cup rice lang for every meal. Pwede ka mag fruits.
