Hello mga mommies. Pwede po kaya ang Nestea Cleanse during the 1st trimester? Im currently 8 weeks pregnant and nahihirapan po ako dahil constipated ako. TIA!

same question din sa'kin..kakainum ko lang din kagabi and currently 8weeks..kumbaga un ung nagpaparelieve ng sobrang pagsusuka ko. Pero bigla ko naisip, safe kaya?
