does st lukes bgc or their ob doctors allows cesarean by request?

hi mga mommies, lahat po ba ng ob sa st. lukes bgc hndi nag ooffer ng cesarean package for first time mom?

Hi yes, i asked my ob if i can have scheduled cs she said only if i have indications such as; breech etc. other hospitals offer it but st. Lukes daw po is no 😔
