Leaves and WFH Privileges

Hello mga mommies. Im heading on my 6th month na with my pregnancy. Madalas ng sumasakit ulo ko dahil sa work at pagod na rin sa byahe. I would like to know if sa inyong mga offices ba, mapaprivate or public sector, nagaallow ba ng WFH ang inyong offices for those cases din? Thank you. #workingmoms

Case to case basis and depending sa nature of work. Ako pagkahalf ng 2nd trimester ko naka wfh na ko, nag request ako ng wfh setup since ayoko na magrisk mag commute. Not allowed sana ang wfh kaso mabait lang yung boss ko na siya na nag insist na mag wfh ako para di daw risky. Ask your hr or your superior if aallow ka niya. Hingi ka din ng request from your ob.
