Lying in vs Hospital

Hello mga mommies! I would like to ask sa mga naka experience na what is the difference between lying in and hospital? What are the pros and cons? I am a first time mom and I get really anxious whenever I have to go to the hospital since its pandemic. Would it be better to give birth sa lying in?
