Hello mommy! Sa call center din po ako nagwowork. Di naman po nila ako tinanggal hehe. Considerate po yung company namin sa mga pregnant. Laging prio sa VTO at sa leaves hehe. Siguro mas okay kung may med cert/ultrasound result ka na dadalin tas pakita mo sa kanila or kahit sa TL mo para aware sila. Saka para na rin po di ka na need mag xray. Ako po kasi high risk yung pregnancy kaya nagmed leave ako. Since sept pa po yun at dineretso ko na hanggang due date. Buong pregnancy ko po nakaleave ako pero di nila ako tinanggal. Kakapasa ko lang ng med leave extension kahapon. Every month po nagpapasa ako ang med cert at pinafile ko sa na sickness sa SSS thru our hr para may makuha ako na sahod kahit nakaleave ako. Kelangan nyo rin po magpasa sa kanila ng Mat 1 para po manotify nyo ang SSS about your pregnancy and para makaavail kayo ng Maternity benefits sa SSS 😊
There are some employers who don't allow pregnant moms to apply for work kasi aside from the fact na you will file for ML for next how many months considering bago ka pa lang, that's what they are trying to avoid. Also, there's a possibility na hindi ganun ka-productive kasi we all know na maraming nararamdaman pag buntis. Ayaw din naman nila na aabsent ka ng aabsent since bago ka pa lang. Better talk to the HR kung ano ang policies nila sa ganito kasi it varies per company.

no they won't void ur employment. just declare that you don't have menstruation for months but haven't done a test yet. And beside it's 5months, you still have 4 months to work. However, you cannot claim a company benefit because of tenureship rule but you can still claim ur sss ml benefit.
Best to talk to the hiring manager. Most of the call centers I know, medyo strict sila in hiring pregnant women. Dapat namemention yan during interview or orientation kasi I've experienced some companies na sinasabi nila if bawal or hindi ang bunti upfront.
It's best to talk to your HR about it. Mas ok na hanggat maaga masabi mo yung totoo kasi later on, malalaman din naman yan in case makalusot ka ngayon. And hindi ka din talaga pwede magpa X-ray which is part of your requirements.

Kung nakapirma kana po ng contract/Job Offer.. Hindi na po yun pwedeng iforfeit. Pero kung hindi pa, as in requirements palang po kayo.. Pwede nila iwithdraw yung application mo.
