Disciplining a toddler (is spanking effective?)

i have 2 kids. i dont spank them. if i teach especially a toddler, i do it with them para mas maintindihan nila. hindi rin ako nag-uutos since maliit pa sila and depende sa understanding/brain development ng bata. for me, whatever i teach and do, it should be fun. like when pagliligpit ng toys, natutunan ng anak ko sa youtube ung song na clean up. so kapag magliligpit kami ng toys, we sing clean up while doing it. nakakatuwa. mas nakakaintindi ang bata around 3years old dahil mas improved ang brain development. so if i say, can you please pick up the toy, she understands and pick up the toy. i believe na what i do as a parent, kids can absorb them and copy them. kaya i dont spank, instead i do it while teaching them and we do it together and i make their learning fun.
