WAYS TO FEED A NEW BORN BABY

For breastfeeding tips po: 1. Read/ research about DEEP LATCH. Dapat tama ang latch ni baby at proper position din para comfortable kayo pareho ni baby. Note: hindi po tama ang latch kapag masakit. Huwag po magtiis sa sakit, it can be avoided ☺️ 2. Research about different positions para makuha mo ano pinaka-comfortable sa inyo. Best and sidelying para pareho kayo makapagpahinga ni baby. 3. Keep yourself healthy and well-hydrated. Ask for help, specially for house chores, coz baby will be needing you 24/7. 4. Breastmilk is based on supply and demand. Kaya direct latch lang lagi para makapagdemand si baby ng milk na kailangan nya, at maisupply ito ng katawan natin :) 5. Read about Baby Growth Spurt, so that you won't confuse baby's fussiness with low milk supply. 6. Lots of patience, lots of understanding. Baby doesn't just breastfeed for nutrition but for feeling loved and comfort as well. 7. Join the FB group "Breastfeeding Pinays", read up on their pinned post.
